6:30pm - 7:00am (Weekend Requirement: once every 3rd weekend)

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Chesterfield, MO is a state‑of‑the‑art facility designed specifically for patients requiring inpatient rehabilitation services. We offer programs that range from single therapies to comprehensive, multidisciplinary programs for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal‑cord injuries, amputations, burns, orthopedic injuries and other conditions. We provide rehabilitative care to patients and families utilizing a team approach, with an emphasis on improving individual functional ability and quality of life.

Our Treatment Team includes experienced Rehabilitation Nurses who provide excellent service and around‑the‑clock compassionate nursing care in an exceptional work environment.

• 81 private patient rooms
• Fully equipped Therapy Gym in every unit
• On‑site Dialysis Suite
• Dedicated Nursing Assistant for each nursing team

• Provides direct patient care
• Performs specific documentation in the patient's record
• Maintains equipment and supplies and participates in quality assurance
• Communicates appropriate information intradepartmental and interdepartmental
• Assists and participates in staff education and pursues continuing education for personal development.
• Applies knowledge of age‑related factors appropriately to patients, utilizing appropriate policies and procedures.

Education:

HS Diploma or GED required

Licenses:
Nursing Assistant Certificate Preferred

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days
