Registered Nurse - PRN CNA Instructor

The Missouri Veterans Home is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to help us grow our nursing assistants. If you hold a CNA Instructor Certification and have a passion for teaching in a rewarding environment, we have the job for you.

• Instruct the Certified Nursing Aide classes held at the Home
• Adhere to infection control procedures as trained and train others in these procedures
• Participate in in-service and continuing education presentations
• Evaluate the skills and abilities of CNA student trainees and provide constructive feedback
• Follow established policies and procedures. Document all nursing assessments, interventions and evaluations

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri – in good standing
• 1+ year of experience as a registered nurse
• Certified Nursing Aide Instructor Certification
