12hrs. + Rotating Weekends
PRN/Per Diem. Full-Time Day. Part-Time & Full-Time Night.
Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at Aspire Senior Living New Florence in New Florence, Missouri, United States. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well‑being. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct resident care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing chronic conditions
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting resident condition, progress, and concerns to healthcare professionals
- Collaborating with other care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and communication
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
- Increased Nursing Shift Differential – Up To $4/hour (eligible nursing positions)
