Key Responsibilities
* Assess residents' conditions and monitor for changes in health status.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols.
* Provide education, guidance, and support to residents and their families.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in resident conditions and emergency situations.
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate quality resident care.
* Advocate for residents while promoting their safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications
* Current
** California Registered Nurse (RN) license
** in good standing.
* Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Previous post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
