The DON will collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and staff, manage budget, drive QA and improvements, and mentor partners to deliver the Otterbein Experience.
Candidates should be a graduate of an approved nursing program with an active RN license and proven leadership in a nursing setting; five years preferred.
