Cardiology Nurse Practitioner SSM Health in Fenton, MO

SSM Health Heart & Vascular Care Heart Care | Fenton, MO | SSM Health is recruiting for a full-time cardiology nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

This role is critical to improving patient outcomes and reducing hospital readmissions.

• Join an established and growing department of five cardiologists and three APPs.
• 100% inpatient rounding and stress lab supervision.
• Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or call.
• Optional weekend coverage is available if desired for extra pay.
• Anticipate 5-10 new patient consults and 20 follow-up patients daily, split up between the existing APPs.
• Clinic is attached to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital

• Masters degree from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
• Certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Active Missouri RN & APRN licensure(NP) or Missouri physician assistant license or ability to obtain.
• Prefer experience in cardiology or new/recent graduates with rotations in cardiology.
