You will manage staffing and patient assignments, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. As a key resource on weekends, you will mentor nurses, address patient and family concerns, and help foster Mercy’s culture of compassion, diversity, and professional growth.
