Emergency Department Nurse

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Contributes to a safe and healing environment, emphasizing quality improvement and regulatory standards.

• Licenses:
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.

Ability to work safely, maintain alertness, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior emergency room experience is a plus.
