Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and oxygen levels
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Job Requirements:
- Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
