Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, RN Nurse
Location: Valley Park
Role: Provides clinical and operational leadership as a Trauma Charge Nurse (RN) in a Level I Trauma Center.
Responsibilities: Coordinates daily unit operations, supports staff, serves as a clinical resource, and delivers direct patient care. Leads development of individualized care plans, promotes evidence-based practices, and evaluates patient and family experiences to enhance safety and satisfaction. Facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams, identifies care gaps, and ensures adherence to standards.
Qualifications: RN licensure, 2+ years of nursing experience, strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have 5-10 years of experience.
