Inpatient Psych RN - Charge Nurse

Inpatient Psychiatric Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for leading and coordinating nursing care in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

• Responsibilities:
  Provides direct patient care, develops and implements complex individualized care plans, and collaborates with an interprofessional team to optimize patient outcomes. Facilitates resolution of care gaps, evaluates patient and family experiences, and champions evidence-based practices. Leads safety initiatives, supports practice improvements, and participates in community and professional activities to advance nursing practice. Serves as a clinical resource and supervises nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Qualifications:
  
  Requires RN license, 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably with psychiatric, behavioral health, emergency, or med/surg backgrounds. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience. Must demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
