We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Responsibilities include:providing direct patient care, assessing and planning individualized care, educating patients and families on management and post-treatment needs, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key duties:monitor acute and intermediate cardiac conditions, titrate high-risk drips, manage heart failure cases (including post-transplant), and care for telemetry patients.
Qualifications:Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's preferred.
RN license essential; BLS certification mandatory, ACLS within one year.
Skills:critical thinking, teamwork, patient education, and adherence to standards of care.
Additional training:ECG, invasive monitoring, LVAD, and acute care classes provided.
