✅ Requirements:

• 📋 Active RN or LPN License in the State of Missouri
• 💉 IV Certification
• ❤️ Current BLS (CPR) Certification from the American Heart Association
• 🩺 Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• 🎓 RN/BSN preferred
• 🔄 Ability to float between units as needed
• 😊 Flexible, collaborative, and positive team-oriented attitude

🌟 Preferred Experience:

• 🏅 CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse)
• 🧠 Experience caring for Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Medically Complex, and Comprehensive Rehab patients

🏥 Facility Highlights:

• 🛏️ 81 private patient rooms
• 👩‍⚕️ Nurse-to-patient ratios:
  • ☀️ Days:
    Approximately 1:6-7
  • 🌙 Nights:
    Approximately 1:8
• 🤝 Each nurse is supported by a dedicated Patient Care Tech
• 💻 Epic EMR
• 🔄 Float between 5 units:
  • Stroke
  • Comprehensive Rehab

📍 First Day Information:

• 👕 Black scrubs required
• 🪪 Must wear agency-provided
• ⏰ Report time: 6:30 PM
• 👩‍⚕️ Ask for the Charge Nurse upon arrival
• 🚗 Parking available in the garage (upper level or back two rows of the lower level)
