We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, and thrives in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Managing check-ins and check-outs
• Collecting payments and processing invoices
• Coordinating prescription refills and record requests
• Communicating clearly with both clients and the care team
• Helping ensure each visit runs smoothly and professionally

• 1+ year of veterinary or medical reception experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfort using veterinary practice software (we’ll train you on ours)
• Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
