Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily care for hospitalized patients, including feeding, walking, and monitoring
* Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, treatment areas, and hospital equipment
* Observe patients for changes in behavior or condition and communicate concerns to the veterinary team
* Assist with safe animal handling and restraint as directed
* Maintain hospital cleanliness and follow established safety and sanitation protocols
* Support veterinarians and veterinary technicians with routine tasks as needed### Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Animal care experience is helpful but
** not required
*** Comfortable working with animals of varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to ~50 lbs
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
