Now Hiring Lawn Care Employees
2 J’s & Sons is now hiring hard‑working individuals in the Neosho, Missouri area. Previous experience is a plus. Experience is not necessary; we offer on‑the‑job training to individuals willing to learn, who can work hard and show initiative. Those who can work unsupervised and take direction will do well in the green lawn and landscape industry. We currently need lawn care technicians and landscapers, as well as general laborers who want to learn and advance.
Pay starts at $16 to $20 an hour
, depending on experience. Raises will be given quickly if an employee shows initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions.
- Must have a valid, clean Driver’s License
- Be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S.
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to complete given tasks efficiently by the deadline
- Be able to handle outdoor temperatures
- Lift 80 lbs
