Grounds Technician – Living Fully Resorts

We invite you to apply for a Grounds Technician position with Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort. This seasonal, full‑time role is a great opportunity to work outdoors and maintain beautiful resort grounds.

: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Monitor and care for plants, flowers, and shrubs.
• Conduct regular inspections of outdoor facilities and amenities to identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Assist with special projects such as landscaping enhancements and seasonal decorations.
• Collaborate with resort staff to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests.

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
