We're Hiring:
Plants & Labor Maintenance Landscaper
Woman Owned:
Garden Mamas is looking for a hardworking, plant-loving team member to join our growing landscaping company!
This is not a mow-and-blow position. We are a horticulture-focused maintenance company that takes pride in detailed garden care, proper pruning, plant health, irrigation, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.
What you'll be doing:- Weeding, pruning, planting, and garden maintenance
- Learning and identifying plants
- Irrigation repairs and troubleshooting
- Hauling green waste and materials
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Providing exceptional care to our clients' gardens
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Stick shift Driver
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Interest in plants, horticulture, and gardening
- Landscaping experience preferred but willing to train the right person
- Part time needed, may turn into full position
- Starting at $22/hour during training
- Performance review and pay increase after 60 days
- Opportunity for growth within the company
