Position OverviewWe are seeking a full‑time or part‑time Associate Veterinarian who wants to make an impact – whether that’s in general practice or exploring areas like dentistry, behavior, dermatology, or ophthalmology.
Open to- New or recent graduates
- Experienced veterinarians
- Full‑time or part‑time schedules
- Base salary + 22% production plus bonus opportunities
- Sign‑on / relocation bonus (negotiable)
- Full‑time salary: $150,000–$180,000+ (based on experience)
- Part‑time salary negotiable (starting ~$70,000) dependent on schedule
- CE allowance + professional dues/licenses paid
- Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) with employer match
- 4 weeks paid vacation (full‑time)
- Paid sabbatical (4 weeks) every 5 years of service in addition to annual vacation

- Typical schedule ~8:00 am–6:00 pm
