POSITION
DESCRIPTION:
This position will work to support the VP, Administration in ensuring operational compliance and supporting and sustaining accreditation for the agency. Will lead and support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of policies and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with state, federal, and local regulatory requirements. Will oversee and support within the timely completion of internal and external reports contract lifecycle activities (review, execution, monitoring, and renewal), insurance renewals, and staff credentialing.
Education:
Degree in public health, social science, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, business or equivalent; or any combination of training and experience equivalent to graduation with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and that exhibits the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position will be considered. One (1) year professional experience in contract compliance, affirmative action or a related field preferred.

- Sedentary Work (Primary):
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, operating a computer, and using telephone equipment. - Walking and Standing:
Required for on-site monitoring, conducting inspections of facilities, and visiting subcontractors. - Lifting/Carrying:
Occasional lifting of files, office supplies, or boxes of documents, typically weighing up to 10-25 pounds. - Mobility:
Ability to travel to various work sites, which may include outdoor activity, climbing stairs, and driving. - Manual Dexterity:
Frequent use of hands for typing, handling files, and operating office equipment. - Environmental Exposure:
Occasional exposure to varying weather conditions when conducting on-site visits outdoors.
- Vision:
Close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception to review documents and audit facilities. - Communication:
Frequent speaking and listening to discuss compliance requirements with staff and external agencies. - Mental Focus:
Ability to handle high-volume, detailed, and often stressful auditing tasks.
