Role:
Medical Director supporting clinical development of Revolution Medicines' targeted RAS inhibitors in oncology, focusing on data integrity and regulatory submissions.
- oversee clinical data review
- ensure compliance with GxP standards
- lead cross-functional teams in data cleaning and regulatory documentation
- contribute to strategic clinical development plans
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, and Medical Writing to support NDA/BLA/MAA processes; prepare dossiers and responses for health authorities; and mentor clinical teams
- MD (or equivalent), board-certified in Oncology, with 5+ years in clinical development, preferably in solid tumors or GI malignancies
- experience with NDA/BLA data review and regulatory submissions
- strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA guidelines
- excellent communication skills
Preferred: experience with regulatory interactions (e.g., NDA, BLA, Breakthrough Therapy Designation), leading major submissions, and engaging with health authorities and KOLs.

Work setup: onsite in Redwood City, CA, with a salary range of $295K-$339K USD.
