Role:
Associate Director, Cancer Pharmacology within Translational Research, leading in vivo pharmacology for RAS(ON) inhibitors targeting RAS-addicted cancers.
Responsibilities:- provide scientific and strategic leadership
- design, execute, and interpret efficacy and PK/PD studies
- mentor a team of in vivo scientists
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Chemistry, Biology, DMPK, and Toxicology
- support portfolio progression through data packages and regulatory contributions
- communicate findings to senior leadership
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or related field
- 5+ years industry experience in oncology drug discovery
- expertise in tumor biology, RAS signaling, translational pharmacology
- hands‑on experience with in vivo models
- strong understanding of PK/PD and modeling approaches
- proven leadership and communication skills
- experience with RAS-targeted therapies, diverse modalities (small molecules, antibodies, ADCs)
- involvement in IND-enabling activities
- ability to influence scientific strategy
