Exec Director, PDM Product Strategy Leader

Role:
Executive Director, PDM Product Strategy Leader, overseeing technical and CMC aspects across a portfolio of biopharmaceutical products, including ADCs, from development through lifecycle management.

• translate business and development strategies into technical plans
• lead cross-functional teams in process, analytical, and formulation development
• ensure regulatory, supply chain, and quality strategies align with product milestones
• manage risk and resource allocation
• communicate progress to senior leadership
• mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic coaching

• minimum 16 years of relevant experience with a BA/BS or 14 years with advanced degrees (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD)
• proven leadership in pharma manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or CMC
• strong expertise in biologics and small molecules, with knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and development of ADCs or biologics

extensive experience in biologics or small molecule development, influencing skills in matrix environments, and ability to handle multiple modalities and product phases.

leadership in end-to-end product lifecycle management, strategic planning for biologics/ADCs, cross-functional influence, regulatory and cGMP expertise.
