QA Coordinator

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing)
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Adequate in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel, or any other necessary programs related to quality assurance works.
• Ability to follow quality control procedures and steps precisely.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Manufacturing experience and/or knowledge of corrugated products preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented, Responsive, Analytical, Team player

DUTIES:

• Collect samples from the finishing department every day.
• Perform and complete quality check of samples collected, following company procedures.
• Report any issue to QA Leader and Plant Manager immediately.
• Initiate preliminary investigations on non-conformance and product incident reports, and prepare technical documentation and other relevant correspondences.
• Work with Production team on technical advice in regards to quality assurance and standards.
• Analyze all data collected (daily/ weekly/ monthly) and present it in a clear and concise manner in the form of reports and/or spreadsheets.
