Overview

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician II (Fixed QC) opportunity at NDX Keller in Fenton, MO.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Process outgoing calls in a timely manner
  • Facilitate assigned technical areas (Fixed/Implants/Appliances) technical calls
  • Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate
  • Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
  • Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback
  • QC data with department manager for resolution
  • Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Ability to facilitate in 2 or more assigned technical areas
  • Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Minimum Education And Experience
  • Preferred:
    High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of direct dental customer service experience on technical related issues
  • PC literacy required: MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
