9001 standards, and ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest expectations. If you have experience in controls wiring, electronics testing, or industrial assembly—and you’re passionate about quality—this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading organization.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be the primary liaison between production and quality teams, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and safety. Your key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting and testing products according to internal quality standards
- Supporting and assisting with internal ISO
9001 audits - Maintaining and troubleshooting testing instruments; logging calibration data
- Reporting quality concerns to management immediately
- Analyzing production data and preparing trend indicators
- Providing quality training and support to shop personnel
- Inspecting incoming materials for integrity and consistency
- Performing powered‑on testing and diagnostics for various electronic control systems
- Supporting other quality and production tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process equipment, controls wiring, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting
- Minimum 2 years working within an ISO
9001 quality system - Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and apply National Electric Code principles
- Strong understanding of ISO
9001 quality requirements - Basic computer proficiency
- Commitment to teamwork and communication
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures
- Ability to work in awkward postures and climb stairs
- Comfort working around active material‑handling equipment
- Ability to pass forklift driver test (if required)
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Delta
V or other Emerson systems and products - Experience in electronics testing, quality control, or industrial controls environments
- Hands‑on, technical role with real impact
