Quality Assurance Engineering Assistant

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Quality Assurance Team. This role supports our customers with major retrofits for existing Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) and Industrial Power Boilers. The position is located in Fenton, MO, and will operate as a hybrid role depending on business needs.

• Review engineering and fabrication documentation for compliance with defined standards.
• Perform audits of internal business processes to defined standards.
• Support the revision process of controlled documents such as specifications, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Assist managers on special assignments as needed.

• Attention to detail, demonstrated experience following complex instructions, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, Technical or Vocational education preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and English.
• Ability to read, write, problem solve, make quick decisions, interpret data and analyze results; effective written and verbal communication essential.
