Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to our commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Mastery:
Read and understand essential company documents, including the Quality Policy, Safety guidelines, Employee Handbook, and Company Policies.
Workplace Excellence:
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Precision Work:
Read and understand work orders, following detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Part Handling:
Load and unload parts into standard fixtures, vises, and chucks, ensuring mounting surfaces are free of chips.
Multi-Station Loading:
Perform multi-station loading with precision and care.
Tool Management:
Use torque wrenches properly when loading parts
and fixtures, and monitor the tool magazine for chipped or broken tools.
Quality Assurance:
Utilize inspection equipment to validate parts to print, inspect parts for visual defects and required surface finishes, and identify defective fixtures.
Compliance and Safety:
Follow processes and procedures to remain AS9100 compliant, and elevate any abnormal conditions or unsafe situations.
Non-Conformance Management:
Red tag and initiate Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR) for non-conforming products.
Qualifications:
Experience in CNC machining and a strong understanding of machining processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with AS9100 compliance and safety regulations.
