EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing)
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Adequate in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel, or any other necessary programs related to quality assurance works.
- Ability to follow quality control procedures and steps precisely.
- Ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines.
- Manufacturing experience and/or knowledge of corrugated products preferred but not required.
- Detail oriented, Responsive, Analytical, Team player
DUTIES:
- Collect samples from the finishing department every day.
- Perform and complete quality check of samples collected, following company procedures.
- Report any issue to QA Leader and Plant Manager immediately.
- Initiate preliminary investigations on non-conformance and product incident reports, and prepare technical documentation and other relevant correspondences.
- Work with Production team on technical advice in regards to quality assurance and standards.
- Analyze all data collected (daily/ weekly/ monthly) and present it in a clear and concise manner in the form of reports and/or spreadsheets.
