We're hiring a Lab Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure the quality and safety of products by running lab tests, supporting production, and working with a team that values accuracy and consistency.

What You'll Do

You'll spend your day working in both the lab and production environment, testing products and helping keep everything running smoothly.

A typical day may include:

* Running microbiology tests (bacterial plating, micro plating)

* Performing pH, acidity, and basic chemical testing

* Conducting routine lab work like titrations and sample analysis

* Using common lab equipment (scales, pH meters, microscopes, infrared analyzers)

* Recording and documenting test results

* Making sure products meet quality and safety standards (GMP/FDA)

* Cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining lab equipment

* Calibrating instruments to ensure accurate readings

* Occasionally assisting with new product development (R&D)

What We're Looking For

We're open to a range of experience levels-if you've worked in a lab or recently completed relevant coursework, we'd love to hear from you.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience in a lab, manufacturing, food production, or similar environment

* OR coursework in biology, chemistry, or a related field

* Familiarity with basic lab testing (pH, titrations, or microbiology) is helpful

* Comfortable following procedures and documenting your work

* Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

* Experience with GMP or FDA-regulated environments

* Hands-on experience with lab equipment and calibration

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $21.60/hr.
