We are looking for a talented NC Coordinator to strengthen our team. Your role includes:
- Review, controlling, and monitoring of product and process non-conformities
- Processing of subtasks in the product NC process and process NC processes
- Conducting audits at the Bensheim location including the control of the effective implementation of resulting measures
- Proactive participation in the continuous improvement/revision of quality-related process descriptions of the QMS system, especially with regard to process flows of product/process NCs and their interfaces
- Evaluation of quality-related key figures, creation and communication of corresponding reports and presentations, follow-up of possible measures
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams with a quality focus
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of QMS audits at the Bensheim location
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed higher education with a technical background (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management) or equivalent
- First experiences in quality management in a company with a certified quality management system, ideally from the MDR/IVDR environment
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations desirable (ISO
13485, MDR, MDSAP, 21
CFR 820) - Knowledge of relevant quality management tools and methods
- Proficient use of common IT systems/tools (SAP, MS Office, Smartsolve)
- Very good communication and analytical skills
- Reliability and a meticulous, independent, and careful working style
- Initiative, team capability
- German negotiation-proof
- English in speech and writing
