Lab Technician (Quality Control)

$20–$21/hour (based on experience)

Friday-Sun (Overnights)

We're hiring a Lab Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure the quality and safety of products by running lab tests, supporting production, and working with a team that values accuracy and consistency.

Whether you're coming in with lab experience or looking to grow your skills, this is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a stable, fast-paced environment.

You'll spend your day working in both the lab and production environment, testing products and helping keep everything running smoothly.

A typical day may include:

• Running microbiology tests (bacterial plating, micro plating)
• Performing pH, acidity, and basic chemical testing
• Conducting routine lab work like titrations and sample analysis
• Using common lab equipment (scales, pH meters, microscopes, infrared analyzers)
• Recording and documenting test results
• Making sure products meet quality and safety standards (GMP/FDA)
• Cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining lab equipment
• Calibrating instruments to ensure accurate readings
• Occasionally assisting with new product development (R&D)

We're open to a range of experience levels—if you've worked in a lab or recently completed relevant coursework, we'd love to hear from you.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in a lab, manufacturing, food production, or similar environment
• OR coursework in biology, chemistry, or a related field
• Familiarity with basic lab testing (pH, titrations, or microbiology) is helpful
• Comfortable following procedures and documenting your work
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience with GMP or FDA-regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and calibration

This is a Contract position based out of Pacific, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $21.60/hr.
