Responsibilities
- Drive product excellence by leading quality assurance programs, improving processes, and ensuring compliance across production.
- Oversee quality plans, audits, corrective actions, and documentation to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.
- Lead QA initiatives to meet production, quality, and customer‑service goals.
- Develop and implement quality plans, hazard analyses, and control procedures.
- Manage QA budgets, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions.
- Validate and improve quality processes, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct audits, resolve quality issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support product improvements.
- Prepare quality reports and track trends to prevent recurrence of issues.
- BS/BA in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Mechanical, Thermal or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills with results driven approach.
