Position Responsibilities:

Level 3
* Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

* Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.

* Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

* Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.

* Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

* Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

* Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.

* Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.

* Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

* Works under general direction.
Level 4
* Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

* Provides interpretation of complex requirements.

* Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

* Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities. Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

* Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

* Assists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances.

* Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

* Develops and implements corrective actions.

* Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

* Works under minimal direction. Level 5
* Advises others in the preparation of significant bids and proposals.

* Authors Quality plans for major programs.

* Advises suppliers and business partners in the development of their Quality plans to ensure the flowdown of requirements.

* Consults at the business unit level to develop Quality criteria for supplier selection.

* Oversees the development of methods, procedures and metrics to ensure quality standards and practices for large programs and derivatives.

* Leads verification reviews to ensure adequate surveillance to validate product and process Quality requirements.

* Develops new methods for conducting product and process validation.

* Represents Quality in design reviews of the inter-relationship of multiple systems.

* Advises on development of methods for testing and approval of products, processes, equipment and measurement systems to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

* Performs benchmarking of enterprise best practices. Leads cross-functional continuous Quality improvement efforts.

* Develops new applications for advanced statistical methods.

* Works under consultative direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

* 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

* 3+ years of experience with quality Inspection and/or auditing

* 3+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods

* 3+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* 3+ years of experience with FAI

* 5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment

* 5+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation Level 4 (Senior)
* 4+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

* 4+ years of experience with quality Inspection and/or auditing

* 4+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods

* 4+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes Level 5 (Lead)
* 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
