We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $29.03/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.

• Extensive laboratory experience, including physical stability analysis (viscosity, density, etc.), safety, and ability to record data and observations.
• Ability to operate lab scale mixing and milling equipment is also a must.
• Critical thinking skills, detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Flexible, able to respond quickly to shifting priorities and able to multitask.
• Working knowledge of formulation development is preferred.
• Bachelor-level knowledge of chemicals and chemical principles is required.
• 1-3 Years of Experience.
