Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Complaint Investigator to manage assigned workflow, handle complaint intake, investigations, and sample processing, plus related administrative tasks.
You will perform initial intake, carry out investigations, log samples, and track retention while collaborating with QC Labs to review traceability and documentation.
A BS in a science-based field and at least 3 years of QA experience in pharma are preferred; experience with investigations or a QMS is a plus.
