• Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents, showcasing community features and benefits
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Prepare and process leasing agreements while maintaining accurate records
• Support resident move-ins and move-outs with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant concerns
• Utilize App Folio or similar software to manage leasing and resident interactions
• Keep the leasing office clean, welcoming, and resident-focused

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred; leasing/property management experience a plus
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency with office software(G Suite) and data entry
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and prospects
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet leasing goals
• Hourly pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
