Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for commercial real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will support all aspects of deal execution: client acquisition, market research, and transaction management while contributing to firm growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in representing tenants and landlords in leasing and sales transactions across retail, restaurant, and mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and site selection evaluations to support client recommendations.
  • Prepare marketing materials, property brochures, proposals, and presentation decks for listings and client meetings.
  • Support transaction coordination, including preparing offers, proposals, and term sheets; tracking deadlines; and facilitating communication between parties.
  • Participate in client outreach, networking events, property tours, and regular prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, lenders, and industry partners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting metrics.
  • Stay current with local market trends, zoning regulations, and competitive properties.
Qualifications
  • A California real estate license (preferred) or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to synthesize market data and present actionable insights.
  • High level of initiative, organization, and professionalism.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and willingness to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Enthusiasm for building client relationships and contributing to team success.
