Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
  • Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate advice
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
  • Utilize marketing strategies and digital tools to promote listings and build a personal brand within the community
Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in real estate software and technology tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
