Location: California

The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing telecommunications site acquisition and leasing activities for multiple wireless projects. This includes identifying viable site candidates, negotiating lease terms, preparing lease packages, and coordinating with property owners and stakeholders to support new builds and modifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end site leasing process for telecom infrastructure.
  • Identify and evaluate candidate locations; prepare site candidate packages.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and coordinate with landlords and legal teams.
  • Conduct property research, site audits, and title reviews.
  • Collaborate with project managers, zoning, RF, and A&E teams on site planning.
  • Maintain site tracking updates and lease documentation.
  • Attend site walks, HOA meetings, and city hearings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements and client standards.
  • Support planning applications, zoning approvals, and permit processes.
  • Maintain communication with landlords and vendors throughout the lease lifecycle.
Required
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid California Real Estate Salesperson License (or within 90 days of hire).
  • 3+ years of real estate or telecom site acquisition experience.
  • Proficiency in reading surveys, zoning drawings, and construction documents.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field (including rooftop and ladder access).
Preferred
  • Telecom or wireless industry experience.
  • Familiarity with permitting, zoning, and entitlement processes.
  • Experience working with HOAs, city councils, and planning boards.
