What We Offer:- Competitive pay - $20.00 to $22.00 per hour + commissions
- Aggressive renewal commissions – up to $100 per renewal

- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
- Help maximize lease renewals (
earn commission!) - Build and maintain strong resident relationships
- Show and lease apartments when needed (
earn commission!) - Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
- A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
