The Real Estate Portfolio Specialist supports the management of the national real estate portfolio of Lanter Delivery Systems and its affiliates and serves as the primary owner of day-to-day portfolio operations. The role coordinates portfolio administration, facility management, transaction support, and M&A real estate integration while partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, landlords, brokers, and third-party service providers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and curious professional to build on their existing commercial real estate experience, collaborate with partners across the business, and gain broader exposure to lease administration, facilities coordination, M&A integration, and real estate transaction support.
Essential Duties and Key Deliverables:- Maintain accurate and organized portfolio records, including leases, amendments, license agreements, certificates of insurance, vendor documents, and related correspondence in designated systems and shared files, following applicable confidentiality and access requirements.
- Track critical dates, lease obligations, upcoming decisions, and other portfolio milestones, and prepare recurring reports for review.
- Review lease abstracts, rent reports, and portfolio data, coordinate with the third-party lease administration provider, research discrepancies, and support corrections to keep information accurate and current.
- Coordinate rent, ACH, vendor setup documentation, and approved communications with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary Real Estate point of contact for routine facility issues, coordinating with Operations, landlords, contractors, insurance partners, and vendors on repairs, quotes, certificates of insurance, lease responsibility, and capital expenditure tracking.
