Lanter Delivery Systems is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Specialist to manage the national real estate portfolio and own day-to-day portfolio operations, coordinating administration, facility management, transaction support, and M&A integration.
This role partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, landlords, brokers, and third-party service providers to track critical dates, prepare reports, and support lease abstracts, market research, and integration efforts across affiliates.
