R&D Summer Intern

Product Society is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our on-site team in North Hollywood, CA. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in the development and production of skincare, haircare, and home care products.

• Maintain and organize the R&D lab
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Receive and log raw material shipments
• Assist in batching formulations and sample preparation
• Fill components for product samples
• Daily calibration of pH meter
  
  Support documentation and maintain lab paperwork
• Assist R&D chemists with various project needs and day-to-day tasks

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Drive, and similar tools
• Familiarity with working in a lab environment
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

• Hands-on experience in product development within the beauty and home care industry
