Job Summary:

The Senior Scientist
- Flow Cytometry is responsible for developing and optimizing assays and methods of moderate complexity within the Translational Science Laboratory. This role supports timely delivery, technical troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable laboratory operations.## What You'll Be Doing:
* Plan the assay and method development process and write scientific methods
* Execute method development studies and support validation activities as needed
* Troubleshoot assays and optimize processes to improve performance and sustainability
* Transfer developed methods into the validation process and support analytical testing delivery
* Collaborate across functions to ensure methods are scalable and sustainable in laboratory operations
* Lead low to moderately complex technical projects and guide assigned team members to meet deliverables
* Mentor and train junior staff while contributing to reports, presentations, and scientific communications##

What We Are Looking For :
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is required
* 4 years of related experience in method or assay development or specific methodology area
* Experience with assay/method development, troubleshooting, and process optimization in a laboratory environment
* Sound knowledge of scientific principles, theories, concepts, and state of the art instrumentation
* Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree## The Knowledge,

* Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across functions
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently while meeting timeline expectations

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,200.00 - $. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
