Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute the market research plan supporting HIV prevention products.
• Manage market research studies: objectives, design, vendor selection/oversight, data collection monitoring, analysis, and interpretation.
• Create presentations of market research insights for Brand Leadership and Senior Management.
• Monitor key market events and assess potential impact.
• Present tailored insights to Senior Management.
• Partner cross‑functionally (Sales Analytics, Forecasting, Commercial Learning & Development, Managed Markets, Brand team) to compile and analyze sales and trend data and recommend corrective actions.

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years experience OR Master’s degree + 10 years OR PhD + 8 years

• 10+ years in market research and sales/marketing analysis (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Quantitative/qualitative primary & secondary market research; broad technique expertise.
• Strong data analysis and ability to communicate complex quantitative findings clearly.
• Project/task management; meet tight deadlines; solutions-oriented, creative problem solving.
• Market research commercial strategy experience (in‑line and launch).
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication/presentation skills.

Salary range: $226,185–$292,710; potential bonus, stock incentives, paid time off; medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
