Entry-Level Laboratory & Sample Logistics Technician

Seeking an Entry-Level Laboratory & Sample Logistics Technician to support its Research & Development organization. This position plays an important role in preparing, tracking, packaging, and shipping laboratory samples that support agricultural research and product development around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for recent science graduates or early-career laboratory professionals looking to gain experience with one of the world's leading life science companies.

Responsibilities:

• Process laboratory sample orders using internal inventory systems.
• Prepare samples for domestic and international shipment.
• Ensure shipping complies with IATA and DOT regulations.
• Package samples and include required Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Maintain laboratory inventory and reconcile inventory records.
• Create and maintain Excel inventory reports.
• Receive incoming laboratory shipments.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and Certificates of Analysis.
• Assist with chemical sample preparation and aliquoting.
• Apply labels and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling requirements.
• Organize laboratory supplies and assist with daily laboratory operations.
• Support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance activities.
