The SDSU Research Foundation seeks a research analyst to join a California Department of Insurance-funded project evaluating Medi-Cal expansions. The role focuses on health economics, policy evaluation, and large dataset analyses using TAXSIM, IMPLAN, and related models.
Work with the project PI and the SDSU School of Public Health team to model premiums, out-of-pocket costs, taxes, disposable income, and employment effects, with emphasis on data quality and reproducible code.
