Research Associate, Clinical Research, Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and logistical support for multiple research hubs and studies
• Support operations of complex research projects and assist in data management
• Build relationships with external collaborators and team members
• Maintain meeting agendas and follow up on action items
• Participate in research activities including developing protocols and conducting interviews
• Support project-related communication and deliverables
• Organize and execute project events and track project milestones

• Master’s degree in Education, Evaluation, Public Health, Psychology or a related discipline, or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in research and/or project management in educational projects
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Advanced organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Experience conducting research in postsecondary education institutions and/or collecting and analyzing educational data
• Demonstrable ability to communicate in written and verbal formats with various roles
• Creativity and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
• Familiarity with digital learning systems and implementation in educational settings
• Proficiency with technical tools and platforms including Google Docs, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, Asana, and Qualtrics
