Market Research Manager, Automotive & Mobility Development

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing survey research on time and on budget, working closely with other departments and suppliers.
• Handling all aspects of project management/coordination for ongoing tracking studies, including sampling, fieldwork management, data processing, reporting, and client interaction.
• Maintaining and strengthening client relationships and developing understanding of their business issues.
• Analyzing and interpreting results; preparing client reports and presentations.
• Assisting with expanding and enhancing current studies, as well as proposing new research to help meet our clients’ needs.
• Creating and managing the necessary documentation of project requirements.

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree level of education or higher, preferably in marketing research, sociology, psychology, marketing, management, or science.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in the market research field including prior project and client management.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, if required.
